Mierda y Miel is spanish for "sh*t and honey". What we desire to communicate is, "this is life!" It both sucks yet is enjoyable and beautiful. What are we inviting others to do with us?
The founder of Mierda y Miel, David Hernandez, applied this phrase to his life when he realized that he was not living a well characterized life. He learned that the only way to grow was to accept the difficult things about himself and the reality of life. His life began to change for the good when he decided to embrace the good and the bad.

The heart of Mierda y Miel is to, ultimately, invite many to a life of personal growth. Designing shirts and other goodies is just a prompting to (oneself and others who see it) consider their reality. You can, therefore, expect to see more resources provided that will help you flourish and enjoy life. Til then, we will say it again, "come and eat the mierda y miel."
